Rizophilia was born in Spain, in Valencia, and it is from here that your orders will start! They will arrive at their destination in a period of time ranging from 2 to 7 working days. This will depend on the type of shipment chosen, the city of destination and / or any unforeseen events that may arise with the transport company. Order cancellation

The order can be cancelled if it has just been placed or is still being prepared.
To proceed with the cancellation, contact us at the following email address: admin@rizophilia.com, indicating the order number you wish to cancel to start the refund process. If the cancellation is successful,  we will send an e-mail confirming the cancellation.

Right of withdrawal

Compliant with art. 52 of the Consumer Code, Legislative Decree. n. 206/2005, Rizophilia has the duty to provide its customers with the possibility of exercising the right of withdrawal. You can exercise this right no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, without any penalty and without the need to provide information on this decision. This right can only be exercised if the product and it’s packaging are in its initial state, as Rizophilia has prepared it for you (unused product, intact packaging, etc.). Otherwise, Rizophilia will avail itself of the right of non-refund of the amount paid for the purchase.

Withdrawal procedure

- The order can be cancelled if it has already been shipped or if it is still being prepared.

In the first case, the customer is required to return it to Rizophilia within a period of time equal to and not exceeding 14 days. In the second case, however, the customer can contact us to cancel the order & start the refund process. In both cases, the refund will be made no later than 14 days from the time it was accepted.

- The purchase amount will be refunded only and when the order is returned to Rizophilia in its original condition, the customer being responsible for the shipping costs.

- Return of the amount spent through a voucher that can be used in the next purchase (only if the order arrives at its destination damaged. If the customer wants to make use of the right of withdrawal, the sum spent will be replaced through the same payment method with which placed the order)

In all the cases listed above,

- The order MUST be sent to Rizophilia no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which the return procedure was initiated.

- The contents of the order must be returned to Rizophilia in the SAME CONDITIONS in which it was delivered to the customer.

Once received, Rizophilia will proceed to check the condition of the goods and, if this is in the conditions described above, will refund, no later than, a maximum of 14 days from the day on which the customer was informed.

 EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised when:

- At least one of the products purchased by the customer is NOT in its original state and, therefore, has been opened / used.

- The customer is no longer in possession of the original packaging (box, packaging, labels)

- Absence of third elements, complementary to the product such as seals supplied by Rizophilia in order to avoid hygienic-sanitary risks. 

- The product has been damaged for reasons not attributable to transport and / or tampered with by the customer.

What happens if the order does not arrive in good condition?

In the event that the order should arrive damaged, the customer is obliged to contact Rizophilia no later than 24 hours from receipt, sending attached photos of the package before being opened (if this is DAMAGED on arrival) and of the damaged product.
The complaint will be rejected if it is presented within a period of time that exceeds 24 hours from receipt of the order.
